Privacy Policy

TFLYX DIGITAL SERVICES is registered with SSM Malaysia (reg. 202603161621 (LA0090563-D)). This policy is issued by us as the operator of tflyx.com.

Contact form — when you submit the contact form, your browser opens a pre-filled email in your own email app addressed to support@tflyx.com. Your name, email and message are composed on your device and only reach us once you send that email yourself; the form does not transmit data to a TFlyx server or database.

WhatsApp — clicking a WhatsApp link opens a chat via WhatsApp's own app or web client, governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy, not this one.

Standard technical logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and request timestamps) for security, performance and abuse prevention, as is normal for any website.

This site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising/tracking pixels. The only browser storage used is a single session-only flag (sessionStorage) that remembers you've seen the intro animation once per browser session — it holds no personal data and is cleared when you close your browser.

Any information you send us (for example, via an email you choose to send after using the contact form) is used solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential project, or provide the service you've requested. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

This site links to third-party destinations — our Instagram, Facebook and Threads pages, WhatsApp, TFlyx product sites (ShiftMate, CounterMate), the TFlicks video portfolio, and client project demos. Each of those is governed by its own privacy policy; we're not responsible for how those destinations handle your data.

Since the contact form doesn't send data to us directly, we only hold the information you choose to email us, for as long as reasonably necessary to manage that relationship or as required by law (for example, accounting records under Malaysian tax law).

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw consent to further contact. To exercise any of these rights, email support@tflyx.com.

This site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The effective date at the top reflects the last revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
